Why use a floor plan?
Floor plans provide the best way for a potential buyer to get a feel for a property and how it might suit their needs. Surveys consistently show that floor plans are now an expected standard for today’s house hunters.

Who should order floor plans?
Estate agents wanting to provide their vendors with the best possible sales particulars
Home-owners (whether they are already on the market or not) who want to provide prospective buyers with the same level of detail that they themselves would find useful when looking at their next home.

Option one: we typically take floorplan measurements and sketches while at a property doing an energy inspection.  Please let us know when ordering your HIP or EPC if you require a floorplan.

Option two: we can also produce floorplans as a stand-alone service to estate agents and home-owners.

With either option we will be able to produce our floorplans within 48 hours of obtaining the measurements.  We intend our floorplans to complement sales particulars as above.
